“Promoter” means Betsson Services Limited, a company incorporated in Malta, with registration number C44114 with its registered address at 199, Experience Centre, Ta‘ Xbiex Seafront, Ta‘ Xbiex, Malta, XBX 1027. “BGA” shall have the same meaning as Promoter.

Any reference herein to affiliates and/or entrants shall refer to “Affiliate” as defined in the https://www.betssongroupaffiliates.com/terms-and-conditions/. Where applicable, capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the https://www.betssongroupaffiliates.com/terms-and-conditions/.

General

• Participation in this competition (“Win Football Match Tickets with BGA”) is open to anyone 18 years of age or of applicable legal age in the jurisdiction of residence (whichever the higher).
• To participate, Affiliates are required to opt-in via the above signup form and all the information including Name*, Email* and Username*, apart from the Affiliate ID*, will be kept confidential and not feature anywhere.
• In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.
• By opting-in, affiliates commit to providing BGA a demonstrable increase in exposure throughout the entire promotional period 19.01.26 00:00 until 04.02.26 23:59 CET.
• An Affiliate must hold an account with BGA, with the status “ACCEPTED”. For clarity, if an Affiliate’s account status changes at any time during the promotional period, the Affiliate will be automatically excluded from participation.
• This promotion will be based on the following criteria:

– WoW NDC Increase {week on week New Depositing Customer}
– WoW Increase of Deposit Value
– WoW Turnover (bet) growth {week on week turnover growth}

• The above criteria apply solely to the Betsson brand in Argentina, Peru, Chile and Greece, for the duration of the promotional period which runs from 19.01.26 00:00 until 04.02.26 23:59 CET.
• By opting-in to this promotion, Affiliates acknowledge if they are within the top 5, their Affiliate ID and points will be displayed within the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard data will be uploaded for the first time on Wednesday 28.01.26 at NOON (CET).
• List of prizes to be won:
  1st place – 4 football match tickets
  2nd place – 2 football match tickets
  3rd place – 1 football match tickets
• The tickets will be provided digitally, via email.
• The date and time of the event are subject to change.
• Flights, Accommodation or Transfers are NOT included. The winners will be responsible for having all the necessary travel documentation and complying with any applicable health requirements.
• BGA reserves the right to – alter or remove any prizes at any time – alter the point system at any time – exclude any Affiliate from this promotion – withdraw this competition at any time. This competition may be suspended or cancelled in advance due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, without liability for BGA, with participants being informed in a timely manner through the communication channels deemed appropriate.
• This promotion will only be open to all Affiliates who promote the brand Betsson in Argentina, Peru, Chile and Greece.
• The leaderboard will be updated with the latest figures on 04.02.26 one the total of NDC, Turnover and Increase in deposit value will be calculated for every participating Affiliate. The Affiliate ranking 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be announced as the Winners of the Prize.
• In the event of a tie, the average value of NDCs shall be the tie-breaker.
• This is a not targeted promotion, open to new and existing partners. Only those who Opt-in via this page will be eligible to participate.
• The prize is transferable to another person, cannot be refunded or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
• Entry is only open to all registered Affiliates only with respect to the promotion of the brand Betsson in Argentina, Peru, Chile and Greece. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
• To enter, one must register via the form provided. Entries close by 04.02.26 23:59 CET.
• Only one entry per Affiliate is permitted for this promotion. Multiple entries submitted by the same Affiliate, whether intentionally or unintentionally, will be considered invalid and may result in disqualification from the promotion.
• The prize draw will take place by 05.02.26.
• The winners will be notified by email and confirmed in writing. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of the prize draw, that winner will automatically forfeit the prize and will then pass to the next highest ranked Affiliate on the Leaderboard.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with the purchase of a Promotion Product, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend, or reschedule this promotion.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• The Promoter is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
• All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will collect personal information and hold personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners and verify prize winners’ identities. The entrants have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by the Promoter, by sending an email at support@betssongroupaffiliates.com. By entering this promotion entrants’ consent to the use of their information.
