General

What is the BGA Program?

It is a partnership with us (as the merchant) that pays you (as the affiliate) up to 45% in commissions (on selected brands) generated by your players. For this reason, our Affiliate Program is an easy way earn extra profits from the traffic sent to your website.

What does it mean to become an Affiliate with us?

You are eligible to become an affiliate with us if you have a website, deal in media buying or you are an entrepreneur. All you need to do is generate a tracking link, using one the corresponding banners located in our media gallery, for our brand(s) of your choice. Then you will start making a profit from many of the visitors to your website.

Is it possible to join the partner program offline?

We are always looking for new, profitable partnerships, both online or offline. At present, all applications for our affiliate program are Internet-based, thus you will have to register from the sign up form. Kindly contact support@betssongroupaffilliates.com should you require help.

Could I partner with more than one of your brands?

You may promote as many of our brands as you want on multiple websites and for separate affiliate accounts which are related to different companies that you may own.

Is it easy to join?

Yes, all you have to do is register to our sign up form.

Working with us is hassle-free due to our user-friendly program. So, once you’ve got your links up you can sit back, relax, and watch your profits grow.

How does the BGA Program work?

When a visitor to your site clicks on our link or banner, they’ll go to one of our partner sites. If the visitor registers and starts playing, you will earn money from that player for as long as they play on the site. Every time that player makes a deposit and plays, you’ll earn commission from the revenue generated by their gameplay.

How do I become a partner?

To become our partner you need to register through our sign up form.

Once you sign up, our Support team will review your account to ensure that your profile meets our requirements. We’ll notify your once your account is approved and you can then log in to our website using your username and password. Once logged in, you’ll have access to our media gallery, including banners and direct links, as well as your statistics.

You’ll also receive a Wallet claim email to activate your Wallet account. From there you can withdraw your earnings according to the payment methods you set up.

Commissions

What percentage of the earnings will i get?

BGA offers exceptionally high commission structures from 25% up to an amazing 45% – making this a particularly attractive affiliate option and one that prides itself on timely and convenient payments. For more information on our commission rates please go to our Commissions page.

How can i keep track of my performance?

We provide a centralized system to evaluate and optimize your performance with minimum effort. All you have to do is go to your reports when you are logged in to your Myaffiliates account and view your earnings from the corresponding brands.

Do you offer webmaster referrals i.e. sub-affiliation?

BGA offers a one-tier affiliate referral program. For every webmaster/new affiliate you refer to our program, you receive 10% of the sub-affiliate’s commissions.

Do you carry over negative balances?

No, we do not carry over negative balances. Furthermore, we separate our partner sites for payment purposes, meaning negative results at one partner won’t affect your positive results at the others.

How can I get paid for advertising your banners on my site?

From the time the player clicks on your link and when they purchase and wager at one of our partner brands, he/she is tracked effectively by us. Thereby all customer transactions linked to your Affiliate account will reflect in your account.

How long will I earn commission on the players I refer to you?

As an affiliate you will benefit from any players you refer to our brands for as long as they play and as long as you actively promote us according to our terms and conditions. As your affiliate ID is linked to their account, each time they play, we effectively track the revenue generated form their game-play to you.

How do i know how much i have earned?

Daily updates on your commissions can be found in the earnings report located under the finances tab when logged into your account.

Payments

What payment methods do you offer?

Through our Affiliate Wallet, we offer various payment methods depending on your location. Some examples include Bank Wire, Skrill or Neteller.

When do my commissions get paid out?

We pay out all affiliate commissions on the 10th of the following month. Once paid out, you can withdraw the funds from your affiliate wallet account according to the Payment Methods you have set up.

Do you reimburse vat payments for maltese registered companies?

You would first need to send a copy of the company’s VAT Certificate to your Account Manager or support@betssongroupaffiliates.com.

You will then be able to upload VAT invoices in the Affiliate Wallet. In the Transaction tab, a ‘Select file…’ option will be available next to each Wallet Deposit transaction.

One VAT invoice for each Wallet Deposit with the matching transaction amount plus the VAT amount (not a total invoice for all the transactions of that month). Past invoices can also be uploaded as long as the date reads the current year.

Reporting

Do negative earnings show up in the quick stats?

No, they can only be seen in the detailed activity report of each brand, located under the reporting tab in Myaffiliates.

When do I get the statistics?

The statistics for impressions and clicks are presented in realtime. All other data such as new registered customer (NRC), new depositing customer (NDC), Deposit value, Net revenue and Earnings are presented at approximately 13:00 CET every day for the statistics of the day before.

Where do i find my statistics?

To view your statistics at a glance, simply click on Home in the left-hand side of your account. Detailed stats can be seen under the reports tab.

Do i get a summary report?

Yes, you’ll get a monthly detailed activity report that you may find in MyAccount under the reports tab.

Technical Questions

How do you link a player to me?

When a visitor to your website clicks on a link that contains your affiliate ID, and goes to the partner website, your ID is allocated to their click. If the visitor registers, your ID is linked to their account and you are paid in terms of their net losses, for as long as they play at one of our partner sites. If they don’t register, and they visit the partner brand directly at a later time, you will also capture that player. We check each person who visits the partner brand in terms of their origin, and if they have come from an affiliate link, we attribute them to that affiliate.

Does BGA assign cookies to the affiliates?

BGA does assign a cookie to all affiliates referring to the Betsson Group Affiliates website, but these cookies are only assigned once the user joins the program. The tracking of an affiliate is affected by the Affiliate ID that is present in your link and the user ID that is attached to the user when accessing the website. Upon accessing the Betsson Group Affiliates website using your redirect link, the user is allocated a user ID (usually looks similar to: uid=12345). This user ID is linked to both your Affiliate ID and the cookie that is saved to the user’s computer upon their joining of the program. Once registered, their new Affiliate ID is then permanently linked to yours, and as such, you will be paid in terms of their revenue generated for as long as they are part of the program.

How do i get my viewers to click on links?

There are a multitude of ways to make your viewers click on your links.

Put up more than one link – and put the links in prominent places. Place these links in context by sharing a personal testimonial with your viewers.
We have found that placing links at the top of your site get more clicks.

What can i do about being spammed by an affiliate?

BGA is committed to both preventing and dealing with any issues associated with spamming by our affiliates. All affiliates that are members of our program have agreed to our anti-spam policy, and any affiliate found to be guilty of this offence will be expelled from our program. Please do not hesitate to contact us at: support@betssongroupaffiliates.com, should you have an incident of this nature to report. We will contact the affiliate in question, and have them cease this action immediately.
