1. Promoter

The contest is promoted by Betsson Group Affiliates (“BGA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You may take part only if all the following apply to you:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time you enter. Entries from minors are strictly prohibited.
• Excluded persons: You may not enter if you are an employee, director, or immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of BGA, the BGA Community Foundation, Betsson Group, or any associated company, agency, or sponsor.
• Event attendance: You must be physically attending SBC Summit Malta at the InterContinental Hotel between 28–30 April 2026.

3. Contest Period

The “Spot the Jackets” contest runs from Tuesday 28 April 2026 (event opening) until Thursday 30 April 2026 (event close).

4. How to Enter

To enter, you must complete all of the steps below during the contest period:

1. Spot the Jacket: Find a BGA team member wearing an official BGA Varsity Jacket at SBC Summit Malta.
2. Take a Photo: Take a photo with the BGA team member wearing the jacket.
3. Post a Story: Share the photo to your public Instagram or Facebook Story (other platforms do not count).
4. Follow & Tag Us: Follow the official BGA social media account (e.g., @betssongroupaffiliates) on the relevant platform and tag us in your story.
5. Verification & The Raffle Card

• After completing all entry steps, you must visit a BGA team member at the event to have your entry verified.
• Once verified, you will receive one (1) physical raffle card.
• This physical card represents their unique, validated entry into the single prize draw. It is the participant’s responsibility to retain their card until the winner is contacted. Keep it safe – lost cards cannot be replaced.
• Raffle cards are issued on a first‑come, first‑served basis. If all raffle cards are distributed, the contest may end early.

6. Prizes

Main Prize (BIG Prize Draw)

There is one (1) main prize draw. The prize is:

• Sony PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player (White, for PS5)

Instant Prizes

We may also award instant prizes at our discretion when your raffle card is verified. These may include, but are not limited to:

• 🎮 PS5 Portal Remote Player
• ⚽ Inter Balls
• 🎮 Inter Skin Controllers

Instant prizes are awarded at our sole discretion and do not affect your entry into the Big Prize Draw.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

7. Winner Selection & Contact (Main Prize)

The BIG prize draw will be conducted by BGA after the event. The draw will use a data-driven, automated process to randomly select the winning raffle card number. You will be contacted using the details you provided on your raffle card.

BGA will contact the winner using these details. If, however, you cannot be contacted within 2 days of the draw or if you fail to provide valid identification or claim the prize, BGA reserves the right to void your entry and conduct a new automated draw for an alternative winner.

8. Using Your Photo

By entering the contest, you agree that BGA may use the photo you shared in your story for marketing and promotional purposes, including on BGA’s website, social media channels, and event-related materials, without further compensation.

9. Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with GDPR and Maltese data protection laws.

• We collect only the information needed to administer the contest and contact the winner.
• Data from non‑winning entries will be securely destroyed after the draw.
• Winner data may be kept for up to 1 month, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data.

10. Social Platform Disclaimers

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

By entering, you release Meta from any responsibility related to this contest.

11. Limitation of Liability

BGA, Betsson Group, and all associated companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering this contest or accepting any prize, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. General Terms & Governing Law

• We may change, pause, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond our control require it.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Maltese law, and the Maltese courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
• By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
