1. Promoter
   The competition is organised and administered by Betsson Group Affiliates (“BGA” or the “Promoter”).
2. Competition Name
   “Win a €250 Travel Voucher – Pre-iGB Affiliate Conference Barcelona 2026”
3. Competition Period
   The competition will run in the lead-up to the iGB Affiliate Conference in Barcelona.
4. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18+.

• Excluded territories: Finland, The Netherlands, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, and Italy.

• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Betsson Group Affiliates, Betsson Group, or associated companies are not eligible.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. How to Participate
   Participants must complete all three steps listed above. Incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries will be considered invalid.
6. Prize Details

• Two (2) lucky winners will each receive a €250 Travel Voucher.

• The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.

• Full voucher terms, including redemption instructions and validity period, will be provided directly to the winners.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen via a random online draw.

• All entries must be received no later than December 15th by noon. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

• The draw will be held on December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM CET.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

8. Publicity Consent
   By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and any prize-related photos may be used by BGA for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, press releases without additional compensation.
9. Data Protection
   Any personal data of the participants will be used solely for administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with BGA’s Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions

• BGA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary.

• BGA is not responsible for incomplete or lost entries.

• BGA is not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from prize use, except where legally required.

• This competition is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

11. Disqualification Criteria

• Any attempt to tamper with entry process or breach these terms will rest in disqualification.

• Entries that are offensive, fraudulent, or infringe upon third-party rights will be disqualified.
