Rules & Requirements

- Affiliates must be active during the measurement period.

- Affiliates must be promoting Betsson GR brand.

- Affiliates must posses the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) License.

- Only first-time depositors count toward NDC.

- Deposit Value must be verified via tracking platform.

Terms and Conditions

“Promoter” means Betsson Services Limited, a company incorporated in Malta, with registration number C44114 with its registered address at Betsson Experience Centre, Ta ‘ Xbiex Seafront, Ta ‘ Xbiex, Malta, XBX 1027. “BGA” shall have the same meaning as Promoter.

Any reference herein to affiliates and/or entrants shall refer to “Affiliate” as defined in the https://www.betssongroupaffiliates.com/terms-and-conditions/. Where applicable, capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the https://www.betssongroupaffiliates.com/terms-and-conditions/.
General

Participation in this competition (“Betsson Greece Affiliate Competition”) is open to persons aged 18 years or over, or who have attained the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
Affiliates participating in this promotion must comply with all applicable Greek regulatory requirements, including advertising and responsible gambling obligations.

Any Affiliate found to be in breach of applicable regulations or marketing guidelines will be immediately disqualified from the competition.

Betsson reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity and traffic sources throughout the campaign to ensure compliance.

Participation is also subject to the general Affiliate Agreement and applicable policies.

To participate, affiliates are required to opt-in via the above signup form and all the information including Name*, Email* and Username*, apart from the Affiliate ID*, will be kept confidential and not feature anywhere.

In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.

By opting-in, affiliates commit to giving BGA a demonstrable increase in exposure throughout the entire promotional period 11.06.26 00:00 until 19.07.26 23:59 CET.

An Affiliate must hold an account with BGA, with the status “ACCEPTED”. For clarity, if an Affiliate’s account status changes at any time during the promotional period, the Affiliate will be automatically excluded from participation.

The promotion will be based on the following criteria:
– WoW NDC increase {week on week New Depositing Customer}
– WoW Turnover (bet) growth {week on week turnover growth}
– WoW Increase of Deposit Value

The above criteria apply solely on the brand Betsson in Greece, for the duration of the promotion which runs from 11.06.26 00:00 until 19.07.26 23:59 CET.

By opting-in to this promotion, Affiliates acknowledge if they are within the top 5, their Affiliate ID and points will be displayed within the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard data will be uploaded for the first time on Thursday 16.06.26 at NOON (CET).

BGA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or withdraw this competition at any time. This includes the right to modify or remove any prizes, amend the points system, or exclude any Affiliate from participation. BGA further reserves the right to suspend or cancel the competition in advance due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances, without incurring any liability. In such circumstances, participants will be informed in a timely manner through any communication channels deemed appropriate by BGA.

The leaderboard will be updated with the latest figures on 23rd July when the total of NDC, Turnover and Increase in deposit value will be calculated for every participating Affiliate. The Affiliate who lands 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be announced as the Winner of the Prize.

In the event of a tie in this competition, the average value of NDCs shall be the tie-breaker.

This is a not targeted promotion, open to new and existing partners. Only those who Opt-in via this page will be eligible to participate.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

This competition (“Betsson Greece Affiliate Competition”) is open to Affiliates as defined in the BGA T&Cs.

This competition and its terms and conditions apply solely with respect to the promotion of the brand Betsson in Greece.

BGA reserves the right to exclude any Affiliate from this promotion.

BGA reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.

Entry is only open to all registered Affiliates only with respect to the promotion of the brand Betsson in Greece. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.

To enter, one must register via the form provided.

The winners will be notified by email and confirmed in writing. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of the prize draw, that winners will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with the purchase of a Promotion Product, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend, or reschedule this promotion.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will collect personal information and hold personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners and verify prize winners’ identities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by the Promoter, by sending an email at support@betssongroupaffiliates.com. By entering this promotion entrants’ consent to the use of their information.

The winner’s ID will be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize the winner agrees to make itself available for this purpose.
